The Crest Golf & Country Club
A golf and country club estate presented as a way of life, with separate paths for home buyers and for golfers interested in membership.
Screens

The opening line
Championship golf estate living, quietly kept.
The challenge
What the site had to do.
A golf and country club speaks to two audiences at once: people looking for a home on the estate and golfers interested in the club. It is tempting to lead with the course alone and leave both groups to dig for what they need. The brief was to sell the life around the course and keep the path for each audience clear.
Our decisions
How the design answers the brief.
Professionalism
Story, location and imagery
An aerial view of a green and its bunkers sets the tone before a word is read, and “quietly kept” tells buyers this is a private, well-run place. The navigation tells the club’s story in order: The Legacy, Golf & Clubhouse, Estate Living and Membership.
Premium
Design, responsiveness and speed
Deep green and brass, a high-contrast serif set large and generous spacing give the page the feel of a members’ club. One gold primary button and one outlined secondary keep the choice obvious.
Systems
Enquiries, routing and next steps
Membership has its own section, separate from Estate Living, so golfers and home buyers each start in the right place. “Enquire” sits in the header and again in the hero, one tap away wherever the visitor is.
Results
Honest numbers, or none.
