Milkwood Ridge
A golf and coastal estate that ties the course, the forest and the beach into one way of life, with a private viewing one tap away.

The opening line
Where the fairway meets the forest and the sea.
The challenge
What the site had to do.
An estate that is golf, forest and coast at once can easily read as three separate products. The brief was to tie them into one way of life in the opening line, and to give buyers who are ready to visit a direct route to a private viewing.
Our decisions
How the design answers the brief.
Professionalism
Story, location and imagery
The headline names all three settings in a single sentence, and the supporting line puts the facts where a buyer looks first: 480 homes, an 18-hole championship course, indigenous coastal forest and three quiet dams, five minutes from the beach. The navigation follows how people explore an estate: The Estate, Golf, Lifestyle and Homes.
Premium
Design, responsiveness and speed
A classic serif with an italic accent in sand gold, warm evening light across the pool and palms, and a soft overlay that keeps the type readable give the page an unhurried, resort-like calm.
Systems
Enquiries, routing and next steps
Two actions for two intents. “Book a private viewing” is for buyers ready to visit and is repeated in the header, while “Explore the estate” serves people who are still picturing themselves there.
