Process
From first call to handover, step by step.
- Step 01
First call
We learn about your estate, who your buyers are and how enquiries are handled today.
- What we need from you
- A short description of the estate, your current website if you have one, and who looks after enquiries.
- What you approve
- Nothing yet. The call is where we work out whether we are the right fit.
- Step 02
Proposal and final quote
We set out the pages, the enquiry types and how each one is routed, with a final price and a timeline.
- What we need from you
- Answers to any questions left open after the call.
- What you approve
- The proposal and the quote.
- Step 03
Story and content
We plan how the site tells your estate's story through its location, amenities and imagery, and we map every enquiry type to the person who handles it.
- What we need from you
- Photography or renders, site plans, home or plot details, pricing and availability, your logo and brand colours, and a contact for each enquiry type.
- What you approve
- The page plan and the enquiry routing map.
- Step 04
Design
We design the key pages for desktop and phone, so you can see how the site looks and feels before it is built.
- What we need from you
- Consolidated feedback from your team, from one person who can sign off.
- What you approve
- The design.
- Step 05
Build
We build the site, the intent-specific forms, the routing and the confirmation messages visitors see after they enquire.
- What we need from you
- The email address for each team or person that receives enquiries.
- What you approve
- The confirmation wording each visitor will see.
- Step 06
Review and testing
You test the site and every form on a phone and a computer, and we fix what you find.
- What we need from you
- Time from the people who receive enquiries, to check that each one lands in the right place.
- What you approve
- The site, ready for launch.
- Step 07
Launch and handover
We take the site live and walk your team through where enquiries arrive and how updates are made.
- What we need from you
- Access to your domain, or someone who can make changes to it.
- What you approve
- Final sign-off.
After launch
Keep it current, or take the keys.
Ongoing management starts from R1,000 and keeps availability, pricing and routing up to date. If your team would rather make updates itself, we hand over cleanly and show you how.
