Our portfolio

Unless a project is clearly labelled otherwise, every project on this website is a self-initiated concept, designed by Ridgeline Studio to show how we would approach a residential estate. These concepts are not client work.

Where a concept is based on a real development, it is unsolicited. It is not that development's official website, and it does not suggest any relationship with, or endorsement by, the development, its developers or its sales agents. Names and trademarks of real developments belong to their owners. Figures, availability and prices shown inside a concept are part of the design and should not be relied on.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this website are starting figures in South African rand. They are a guide, not a quote or an offer. We give a final quote after a call, in a written proposal, and work starts only once you accept it.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement between you and us. We use the details you send as described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The designs and text on this website belong to Ridgeline Studio unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Sharing a link to any page is always welcome.
